Order processing

Step 1:

The master model poured from the impression is scanned in the dental laboratory.

Step 2:

The restoration is designed on the computer in the laboratory.

Step 3:

The data is sent online to the Heraeus milling centre and the order is recorded in the SAP system.

Step 4:

The restoration is milled from the selected material.

Step 5:

The restoration undergoes the first exacting quality control.

Step 6:

The restoration is then sintered.

Step 7:

A second, more thorough quality control is then completed.

Step 8:

Finally, the framework is returned to the dental laboratory.

Step 9:

Tooth-coloured, aesthetic porcelain is then applied to the framework in the dental laboratory using a bonding porcelain that is compatible with the respective framework material.

Step 10:

The finished restoration is fitted by the dentist.
